Skinny ties are not in style anymore in the Lakewood/Brooklyn area, not sure where you live
My husband likes designer ties, like Stefano ricci, hermes, and ferragamo, and those are medium width these days. The super skinny has been out for quite a few years
For less expensive ties, I’d recommend TO at his place
