Any ideas for a fun game that can include kids ages 3 to 16 and maybe the adults?

1.Chanuka Bingo with chocolate coins or non-pareils or the like. There are online boards you can print.
2. Pin the candle on the large chanukiah - points for getting the shammash, more points for getting the new candle for that night (if 4th night, then the 4th candle), or play around with it.
3. I wrote out the story of Chanuka and gave every child a persona "Yehuda Ha Maccabi" or "Antiochus" or "Beis HaMikdash", "Shemen Zayis" or "Menora/Chanukiya" erc then as the Zeidy reads the story, every time the kids personae is read, he has to do an individual dance or hand movement or sound (Whoopeee, or "Hey Hey")- the young kids love listening for their persona (age 16 less...)
4. Dreidel with a twist to make it more interesting
5. Bob for Donuts - string donuts on a hung string and with hands behind backs, and eat the donuts...you can wiggle the string to make it harder.
6. Decorate the donuts.
7. Guess the jellybeans in the large can.
8. Relay races. Add a Chanuka twist - name teams acc to Chanuka etc.
9. There are virtual Chanuka escape room games you can obtain online.

I used to love the pass the package game. Someone used to wrap a gift and then put another layer with another gift.... We sat in a circle and they put on music. When it stopped the person holding the package got to open a layer. There were prizes, nosh, money and services (dinner at bubby), so it was for all ages. I have very fond memories of this...

Love these ideas! Thank you! Can you give more details about the virtual escape room?

If you have a lot of extended family coming, print up color-coded labels with the names of all the family members and have everybody (or just the men, for more amusing results) identify all the cousins

Sock memory - everyone gets/brings a different pair of fun socks, you mix it up & everyone puts one sock on each hand & puts their hands behind their back. Then you start going around the table, everyone asks 2 hands to be picked up... like a regular memory game.
You can also do a memory game with current & baby/childhood pictures of everyone, you hang the pictures on the wall.

I'm doing this year. I bought small wrapping flowers. On each flower you write a prize or thing one has to do. Put all flowers on the table. Blindfold individual. Give them a spatula. They have to scoop up as many flowers as they can into a bowl while blindfolded. Then they get or do whatever says on the flower.
