Hosting a Chanukah party next week for adults, most of whom are not huge fans of fried food.
Looking for ideas of dishes that are festive and easy to make.
So far, I'm thinking brisket, but pretty much stuck after that.

Yum!
What kind of toppings and sides for pulled brisket?
Actually shnitzel is a great idea! Something fried that they will actually eat. And cheaper than brisket.

I made smashed burgers last night which my kids love and its just greasy enough to feel like channukah. But if your having a huge crowd it may be a pain.

You can do pulled brisket and have over mashedsor baked potato, taco or on rolls, wraps, rice, quinoa, etc
Veggie toppings work well with it.
You can do different type of shnitzel and make a shnitzel bar or shnitzel board to make it exciting and have options to eat it alone or in a sandwich, etc.
Last year we did a table of chicken/meat/toppings was so fun! Like a charcuterie board type of thing
We did different shnitzel, chicken, deli, meats, bowls of pickles, olives, dips and sauces, we had all different breads/pita/wraps/baguettes.
I don't remember what else was on the table though.
