Look into physical therapy. There can be a variety of causes of sciatica depending where the nerve gets impinged. There can also be other causes of pain radiating down the leg

Idk anything about sciatica but the prenatal massage therapist at hand and stone in Howell is great. Highly recommended! Hatzlocha

Yes! There is nothing scary or dangerous about prenatal massage. They are 100% safe unless you are personally having a high risk pregnancy.
