some health food shops will let you sample to see if your child likes it, if you have a local health food shop I would recommend asking if you can sample. also, dont mix it with water, it will be bland. if your child likes any dairy free milk, use that, or even dairy free ice cream shake.

I would make my own with fruit of your choice and Ripple milk. If she can have soy I would add tofu to the blender. Also frozen avocado if you want healthy fat.
