Kedem light balsamic is the only one I've been able to find without Caramel coloring lately. I once found another brand of dark balsamic with no dyes but I don't remember the name and apparently local stores have stopped carrying it. Don't remember seeing sugar in any of then though.

Bartenura is the only good balsamic.
