My mother used to make potato dumplings using latke mix. She doesn't have the recipe anymore and says it's been so many years she has no recollecting of the recipe. It's not the same recipe as on the box for latkes. Anyone ever done this? Have a recipe for me? I'm craving this so much and I've no interest in starting with raw potatoes now.
