Yes, they are going to cut the rates. the doe only let on about the cut for enhanced rates after the school year started. Providers have agreements with the agencies with higher amounts then the doe will pay back.

Another local agency couldn't pay for October paychecks. Slowly I heard they're paying but it seems like it's really hard right now
