1 21 oz pkg brownie mix (shhh, dont tell shoy18)
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup oil
1 egg
1/2 cups chopped klix malted balls
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease bottom of a 9x13" pan. In a large bowl, mix all brownie ingredients. Spread into pan. bake 33-35 miutes, dont overbake.
Cool completely
In a small saucepan, melt 1 cup chocolate chips and margarine. When smooth remove from heat and stir in 2 T marg., 2 T. milk, 1/4 tsp vanilla extract. Blend well. Spread over brownies and sprinkle top with 1/3 cup crushed klix malted balls. Refrige until set. cut into squares.

Um, I can't speak for Cookielady...(or can I?), but I'll bet the reason that she said these were great for Shavuos is because.....THEY'RE MILCHIG!!! (Also the milk in the frosting gives it away....)
