Klix Brownies (great for shavous!)

1 21 oz pkg brownie mix (shhh, dont tell shoy18)
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup oil
1 egg
1/2 cups chopped klix malted balls

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease bottom of a 9x13" pan. In a large bowl, mix all brownie ingredients. Spread into pan. bake 33-35 miutes, dont overbake.

Cool completely

In a small saucepan, melt 1 cup chocolate chips and margarine. When smooth remove from heat and stir in 2 T marg., 2 T. milk, 1/4 tsp vanilla extract. Blend well. Spread over brownies and sprinkle top with 1/3 cup crushed klix malted balls. Refrige until set. cut into squares.

Um, I can't speak for Cookielady...(or can I?), but I'll bet the reason that she said these were great for Shavuos is because.....THEY'RE MILCHIG!!! (Also the milk in the frosting gives it away....) Very Happy
