When I'm stressed I'll go online to Amazon or Target and order things. Some that we don't really need (more clothes for my kids, toys, gadgets)
Sometimes I'll just put things in my cart and that will make me feel better even if I don't actually order.

I don't know if it's an addiction but it does sound like a coping mechanism. Better to nip it in the bud before it does get worse

it's called retail therapy and it really works. how is it affecting your life? is it straining you financially? do you use the things you buy? does it overclutter your home?

I like to leave things in my cart for 24hours
This way I don't buy on impulse
If you're buying unneeded items seek help
