Can anyone recommend a kosher diet pill that you used that really worked and help you feel full?

Sorry, you're not asking this, but please be careful if you're unfamiliar with diet pills.
I understand that many will experience their metabolism being thrown off after these meds, & end up rebounding with greater weight gain, & greater difficulty physiologically afterwards to acheive weight loss.
This happened to me years ago & have heard it echoed in the nutrition/fitness podcast, education world. Good to just to be informed & not go in blindly. Good luck!
