The emojis built into imamother are BBC {bulletin board code} they only work in the post body. If you want to put an emoji in the title you have to use one from your phone's keyboard ... Or if your at your desktop just look up "popcorn emoji" and copy paste it. Personally I like the website https://emojipedia.org/ see the difference
