For the past 5 days, my 2 year old has been twitching her eyes all day.
She had strep 2 weeks ago, and had a twitch then too, but only for a couple of hours and then it went away. She was on antibiotics.
I checked for strep again now, but it came back negative.
Any idea what this could be?

It could be post strep neuroinflammation even if she's testing negative. Did it start when she had strep?

Yes, it did.
What is there to do if it were neuroinflammation?

What is there to do if it were neuroinflammation? | I would treat as if the strep is still present, so either more abx or a natural alternative that fights strep, and also treat the inflammation with dye free motrin and benadryl.
