Nachos, quesadillas, breakfast tacos. My kids like eating it as a snack with corn chips after school.

Nachos are corn chips with cheese melted on top and any topping you like, beans, sour cream, guac, salsa
Quesadillas are a tortilla with melted cheese and anyfilling you can think of. I like eating it with salsa, guac, beans. Sour cream
Breakfast tacos are scrambled eggs, salsa, I like refried beans in a tortilla.
