Currently on Fidelis. My provider is switching to these insurances so I am switching but not sure which insurance is better overall , any advice or experience please?

By optum do you mean united healthcare/oxford?
Usually depends on the specific plan, deductibles, copays, and if referrals are required are all significant decision-makers. Also, you want to contact the doctors and specialists that you use to make sure they take the one you switch to.
