I didn’t sleep train but I find naps just lengthen on their own developmentally around 6-8 months. So beforehand cat naps are so normal and don’t normally lengthen till later.

Do you do contact naps or in the crib until then?

Contact napd and baby wearing if I wanted her to sleep more than 30 min. Otherwise crib naps but those lasted short.
