I am looking to go away with my husband and 1 year old baby for 3-4 days.
Preferably somewhere warm or at least considerably warmer than NY.
Practically Miami just isn't working out. And honestly, I love Jews but don't want to be totally surrounded by them 24/7 on vacation...
Where else in Florida can we go with kosher food and a nice, clean hotel? Would love a beach but wont nix Orlando if you can give me a nice hotel with activity ideas
Not at all stuck on Florida but don't want to travel from NY all the way to California- the time zone and long flight will just mess us all up. Anyone been anywhere else with decent weather? (preferably at least lower 70s...)
Thanks all!

West Palm, Hollywood, Boca, Fort Lauderdale. But Jews will be everywhere. Jacksonville and Tampa will be cooler than you prefer
What about Puerto Rico or Bahamas if you’re committed to a beach?

I doubt there’s any kosher food.

No. Tampa is 4 hour drive north (west) from Miami. 4 hours north and south from NY also have different climates

Can you tell me more? What’s the kosher food situation? Weather? Attractions?

Op you’re looking for a unicorn.
If you want kosher eateries there are going to be frum Jews who frequent them.

I stayed by a relative who lives near Myrtle Beach, SC. Besides for all the attractions you'll find there, the scenery is beautiful and slow-paced, so really feels like vacation.
It's true that temperature is not very warm. Realistically, it's generally in the 50's; nicer than NY. The times I went, I wore a jacket zipped up, tights, sweaters.
The beaches are gorgeous, and the plus is that they're not crowded with people barely dressed. You'll see people leisurely walking their dogs, etc. Obviously a little cooler by the beach but otherwise great option.
Interestingly enough, there is 1 kosher eatery under chabad hashgacha. it's Mediterranean style - falafel, schwarma, etc. Actually the best falafel I ever had! We were stuffed afterwards from just falafel in pita - sooo good!

Also, the food lion in myrtle beach has kosher meat, chicken, fish, cholov yisrael milk etc.

I don't think I said I have a problem with frum Jews being there. Just would rather not Miami type of situation where you can't walk 2 feet without bumping into a minyan and you have to make a reservation in the restaurant a couple weeks in advance... that's all
