Help
I've tried everything. Cut her nails. Put gloves or socks on which she pulls right off
Her face is covered in scratches and sometimes blood too

You can buy bodysuits with inbuilt mitts that can either be folded back, or covering the hand. They can't pull off the mitts as they're attached to the bodysuit. Something like this.

File her nails after cutting them. It might be the sharp side edges that’s hurting her. Is she itchy? Or a newborn that doesn’t control her hand movements?

File her nails. Cutting them leaves them sharp because she doesn’t really use her fingers so they don’t get smooth on their own. Filing them will make them smooth/blunt and not sharp. Either a regular mail filed or an electric one is good.
I had the same problem with my baby until I started to file them.
