Did you recently rent a basement in Oak n vine? How much do you pay? 3 bedroom? What's the going price these days?
What about a 1 bedroom with utilities included?

There isnt many 1 bedrooms in Oak N Vine. Ephraim Feder did post one recently. The houses are built with legal 3/4 bedroom, 2 bathroom basements as the standard option. If someone subdivides it you might have a 1 bedroom option.

There are some that have both a 3 bedroom basement and a 1 bedroom studio. I’m paying $1900.

Sometimes the price goes down last year they started pricing them at 2200 and ppl weren’t renting them out they lowered their price so u can still find some cheaper ones
Bh wasn’t raised yet paying 1650 for 4 bedroom 2 bathroom
I can be raised in a minute tho
