Hi,
Just had a sleep study follow up visit with new pulmonologist (the one we had for many years retired)
I asked him if he has heard of kids outgrowing sleep apnea he responded that central sleep apnea gets worse because its neurological. Is this true? My sons central apnea based on his many sleep studies has (boruch Hashem!) improved as he got older / stronger. So wondering if my son is just not a regular case or the doctor isn't giving me accurate information? I am hoping my son will outgrow it so curious what other mothers may have heard on this matter!
Thanks
