Very occasionally solitaire if I need to keep my hands busy when listening to a shiur or webinar.
One game of wordle once a day.

No, absolutely not. I can't trust myself with games on my phone. Way too dangerous for me, it's too hard for me to enforce limits on myself.
Even on my computer I need to be super careful. I play Waffle once a day and that's it. Games are blocked on my filter.
I know I could easily waste hours on games. I used to LOVE Tetris and although I think there are cognitive and emotional benefits to that game I can't give up so many hours of my life to it. One night when I wasn't careful I found a website that let you play Oregon Trail. Several hours later I realized that I'd better stay away from that.
I have a hard enough time limiting my Imamother time. I actually changed my password to something impossible and it's saved only on my computer, not on my phone. That gives me some sort of boundary.

I play word games occassionally, especially when I can't sleep or to divert my mind from other issues. Wordle, quordle, octordle, guessmy word ( HRyan Jones), crosswordle 716 , anagram (https://writingexercises.co.uk/anagram-game.php).
Sometimes chess. No small kids at home.

I play a little scrabble or a puzzle game before bed. I don't play during the day so I don't view it as a time waster. Just a nice way to unwind before bed
