I buy it.
My psak was that you see the scales on it still.. and the knife they use to cut it isn’t used for anything else.

How would anyone know most? We were told skin on is fine whether Aldi or TJ or costco. Best to ask your rabbi for your own psak

I was told it's okay without a hechsher. I make sure to buy the type with the skin on. Ask your own shayla tho, don't go off of other people's psak

We were told salmon with skin is fine without a hechscher. I just wash it off.

Just for the record, according to the OU, raw salmon does not need skin to be considered kosher.
