The ONLY hechsher acceptable in Philadelphia is keystone k.
(There are grocery stores that have ou/ok)
If you are a CY/PY family, you need to check in restaurants and grocery stores if the food you are buying from takeout is Cholov/Pas Yisroel.

What are you looking for? Grocery or restaurant? There’s a big kosher grocery called house of kosher. In addition to kosher groceries etc it has a pizza shop, sushi and fleishigs takeout. There are some other restaurants as well…
