Do you have a hot water bottle or electric blanket? Or any safe source of heat? It helps with pain.
Or get some olive oil, warm in cup of hot water and put warm oil in ear.
I'm assuming you gave her ibuprofen? It works better than tylenol for ear pain. Alternate with tylenol so she doesn't run out of pain killer.

Squeeze the juice out of an onion and drop it in his ear. Three drops is enough. It should help right away but you can do it again if it doesn’t.

Garlic oil heals ear infections. If you don't have any, dip a clove of garlic in warm oil and hold it at the entrance of the ear and let the oil go in

Put rice in a sock and make a knot. Warm up the sock in the microwave. It should be warm but not hot. Start off with no more than 25 seconds. Put it on the ear. Very soothing. Refuah shelaima.

Lavender essential oil rubbed around the ear.
