Need some tips and suggestions on how to organize my DD PJS, undershirts, panties, tights, and hair accessories on a shelf. I don't have draw space for it.
Any links to containers, baskets etc?

Don’t know how big your closet is, or your budget, but here’s some links to pretty bins that work.
Fold everything filed, upward (instead of piles), google file fold for instructions if you’re unfamiliar with this method. It helps that when you pull out something not everything goes flying.

Dollar tree has pretty bins. You can put pajamas in one bin, the next bin you can put her underwear and undershirts snd tights in another bin and then you can put her hair accessories in a nice basket between those bins. You can get colors that match her room to make it look pretty.
