I have a few bochurim who are "starving" when they come home at night, and a few picky eaters, and also I am nursing and have bouts of being "starving" and reaching for junk. I have experimented with freezing food in individual portions for people to warm up when they're hungry, and it was a big hit. So far I've done meatballs, chicken soup, leftover chicken and rice, and cookie dough that they can bake themselves.
Any other good ideas?

What about pancakes or a baked ziti/lasagna?
Schnitzel and grilled chicken are also delicious and easy
