My son needs to use a lot of taxis to get around. It's really hard to get any info from companies or drivers. It seemed like when he used one of the non Jewish ones they added several $ credit card fee. When he used Arrive, I see a charge for 9.45, no clue how much the fare was supposed to be.
Anyone here know if there's a set amount they add for credit cards, like $3 a trip, or it's a percentage, or it varies by who you use?
(If it's a lot, I'll start giving him cash)

they're nuts, they hang up on you. even when you call to order a car, they ask for address and hang up I never even know if they're sending someone.

The frum companies? They have a separate number for customer service.

So for the frum ones like Berry's or whatever, my experience has been they do not pick up, if they do, they didn't have a car available.
