S'mores biscotti's
Overtime cook
1 cup oil
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 package instant chocolate pudding mix
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 2/3 cups flour
1 package (9-10 oz) chocolate chips
1 cup crumbled graham crackers (pieces, not crumbs)
1 cup mini marshmallows, plus extra

Bake at 350 for 20 min, cool for 10 and slice.

Eta: I found it. 350 for 20 min, cool for 10 and slice.

I made them as sticks, they were fine.
But as cookies they just taste so much better! I don't know why.

In my experience, it's a pretty thick batter/dough. Like almost too thick but then somehow they come out great so I've never messed with it. I think it would be pretty hard to mix by hand though.

I came back to say that I learned to seek out these types of chassadim from my great Uncle Moshe Yehuda Leib z"l ben Avrohom Binyamin Beinish zt"l
