Divide 1 lb seasoned ground beef into 4 balls. Use the top of a deli container to press a ball of ground beef in, and pat down, to get the perfect shape. Gently press out/flip out the burgers and bake them on a cookie sheet.

If you're frying or grilling them, make an indentation in the middle first.

(Your choice to mix in seasoning before forming the burgers or if you want to heavily season both sides once the burgers have been formed.)

Just shape ground beef and add salt ontop before grilling
