How do you warm up store bought cholent for lunch on shabbos?
I have a hot plate or crock pot

Why not in the crockpot? Should work fine

I did in the crockpot but added some water. Came out fine

I add water otherwise will be like cement. Around a 7 oz cup to 2 pounds of cholent. Put on very low.
