I know that memoi has a size called “mp” it’s made for plus size but medium height. They have all thicknesses.

I have after seeing them recommended on imamother a few yrs ago. I really like them, I find them to be pretty comfortable and last a while

I know nothing about Lakewood but I get the Melas Natural in Q1/Q2 and they are the same thickness as the black ones which I wear as well. I find most hosiery stores have them. Lakewood ppl, chime in where you can these!

I usually buy their 60/80 denier black tights and they cover the feet also
They sell both leggings and tights so check you're buying the right one. But if it says tights/stockings and doesn't say footless anywhere, they will be including the feet
