My kids go to friends when they’re old enough to walk alone. Otherwise its siblings or neighnors

I voted it depends.
There's a very large age gap between our oldest and our younger kids due to SID. We were very good about making playdates for our older child because it was a long, boring Shabbos otherwise. Our younger kids play pretty well together so we don't make playdates so often unless they really ask. If they're invited out to a playdate then usually either DH or an older sibling will walk them there and DH will pick them up on the way home from shul. I almost never have to walk anyone.
