lately if I don't "x" the premium request option right away, the app turns gray. I thought it was cuz I got a new filter...
today I tried signing out and back in and now it's not loading??

I sent them an email regarding the issues. I think that whoever is having issues should email them. They should hear from multiple people.

I was using it today. didn't have any issue.
I find that a few times when I did have an issue it was because I needed to download the updated version of their app. that worked like a charm
