How long after expiration date would you feel comfortable using farmer cheese that has been kept refrigerated?

I wouldn't use it at all.

Is farmer cheese what we call in the UK cream cheese? If its unstarted and sealed, I'd use it if it smelled normal.

If it looks fine I would use it.

A month past, no. A week or two, I'd open and check for signs of mold or deterioration (too watery for example) and smell it. If it looks and smells fine, I'd use it
