Anyone have a great recipe? I have so much discard

I found a great one online. I'll try to remember later to look for it. It only uses 1/2 cup discard.

I use this recipe for crackers to use up my discard…
I use spelt flour and coconut oil, and everything-spice for flavor.

Whats the point of using discard in cookies? Always wonder when I see these recipes.

It makes great cookies! Though I don't have discard and have to feed my starter to make these cookies.

Look up discard pizza. You basically just use the discard to make the crust.
