My daughter was set on going to Chavivin (Gur), but heard today that it's not opening this summer. We are looking for a similar camp that might still have place. Adas (Vien) was also an option but I don't think she will get in considering registration closed 10 days ago. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, thank you, that would be an obvious choice, but she doesn't want to go there.

What "types" are they? As you can see, I really don't know camps! Another daughter went to Palgai Mayim, but it didn't open last summer...

I am not sure what is opening. We are chassidish but my girls go to bnos. Not sure if you would consider that. There are only a handful of heimish/ chassidish girls in the whole camp. Tongue Out

Chaya Sara is more chassidish and connected to Bais Sura school in boro park. I sent to the school and was very happy but don’t know anything about the camp.

Naaleh belongs to Bobov 45, but also attracts outsiders (similar to Adas). Very good program, and very structured. TD (Tomer Devora) is neutral chassidish, the program used to be less structured and the place was quite dumpy, but the girls were supposed to be the nicest etc. But maybe things have changed. If you tell us which school you're daughter is in, that might help...
