DC doesn't have a lot of minyan options. I believe Kesher Israel in Georgetown is the only one with reliable daily minyan. There may be a Chabad in suburban Virginia that has a daily minyan and is closer to the airport (DCA or IAD?), but we always stay in DC proper and DH goes to Kesher so I don't know.

There isn't much near there. Maybe an office may have a mincha.
I live in Baltimore, but my son flew home from yeshiva to Dulles. We wanted to catch a mincha minyan before the zman and the closest we found was silver spring, which isn't right there. He ended up coming out late and had to daven b'yechidus in the airport.
