Has anyone ever shopped here? This website keeps popping up, and a dress popped up that I think would go with the cokor scheme of an upcoming family simcha
Just checking if anyone has used them, ease of returns, quality etc...
Im just concerned if they are garbage quality and or garbage customer service..

My daughter once got a watch from them. Was fine. Took a bit longer to arrive than expected if I remember correctly. Did not try to return.

A friend ordered a dress for her dd for a wedding. It was delayed so long that they got a different dress instead. Though they were offered a major discount due to the delay, they returned the dress.
I was going to order a dress from them, but the reviews I read online were not good. Also, I kept going back to the site to look at the dress again, and the price went up evey time. In the end, I did a reverse image search, found the dress on Ali and bought it that way.
