Would you do a shwarma for friday night?
Powder the legs with schwarma spice. (I use this recipe for the schwarma spice
https://toriavey.com/chicken-shawarma/ ), and let sit overnight.
Add onions (I use a lot of onions, some olive oil, and bake covered for around 2 hours, until tender.
Cool, remove meat from bones, put back with the onions.
Delicious!
