Almost any vegetable.
I will (and have) go hungry rather than eat vegetables.

I thought this exact thought before I saw you wrote it. When you know what starvation means, even if it was decades ago, it affects you.

Its a wobbly gloopy mass on a plate that looks like someone took vomit, added jello, and solidified it.
(Can you tell I wouldn't touch the stuff either?)

Gala is p'tcha
Can be made from chicken feet or meat, like a meat jello.
Diff is some eat it warm some cold as a dish on shabbos as a minhag.
I wouldn't touch it either.

As grown women, can we please refrain from saying that food is gross or eww? I teach my kids to say it’s not my taste, because it’s not nice to say gross or eww to something that someone else likes. |

Some of you are such picky eaters! It's funny to me that adults are so picky... I always think of it as an immaturity to avoid eating certain foods. Obviously there are some foods I like more than others, but I honestly can't think of anything that I wouldn't eat if there was a reason to (whether for money or to not offend a hostess, etc.)

I've prepared gala or galler or galle once from turkey bones. It's a true patshke and time consuming. Definitely not worth it.
