I just make regular cookies and substitute half or 3/4 with splenda and they taste great.

I'm looking for a low fat recipe that uses splenda. All I'm finding online are splenda cookies that are diabetic but not particularly low fat.

you can substitute the fat in most recipes with apple sauce.
