About 4:30 I had salad with avocado and dressing
8:00 coffee with grab1 bar
Rereading my post now and I’m thinking, do you think it’s enough food for my ebf baby? |
I think it’s enough for nursing. Make sure you drink a lot. Coffee doesn’t count.

Bumping this thread. Post birth and need to lose 30 pounds ASAP. Not breastfeeding.
Breakfast: 2 big plates of noodle’s and cheese.
Lunch: salad and 2 cc cookies.
I need help lol.

I had an omelet with sautéed onions and cheese
1/2 slice WW bread
Cucumbers, tomatoes, onions w oil salt and pepper
WW bread w peanut butter.

Maintaining a weight loss here.
I’m 130 from 163 post baby.
B- 1/2 bagel with tuna
L- 2 eggs, 1 slice of cheese on one slice of sourdough
S- bowl of cereal
Supper will be homemade falafel in half a pita with veggies (maybe a couple of baked fries)

If it makes you feel any better my last baby was born over 11 years ago and I still need to lose 25 lbs 😐.
Today I ate:
(Breakfast)
a protein bar with coffee/splenda/almond milk
(Lunch)
2 slices Royo bread (anyone know what that is?)
With a slice of American cheese and a sliced tomato
I was still hungry!
So I ate an apple
Then a packet of oatmeal (with Splenda)
I just made an iced coffee (dietetic)
Maybe salmon and veggies for supper ?

Only reason I can post now is because kids aren't home yet so I didn't eat anything embarrassing. I already know that I'm going to snack on whatever after school snack I give my kids. I'm going to eat supper with my family and eat my kids' leftovers when I clean up. Therefore, I try not to eat much during the day.
Breakfast: scrambled egg with cheese
snack: cheezits
lunch: scrambled egg with cheese

Ooh, this thread is great! Hopefully going to help me watch what I eat.
I allow myself one dessert item a day, but usually like to have that at night. That way the whole day I can decide (and change my mind) and enjoy the ultimate goody!

protein shake with a little espresso powder
coffee with milk
2 eggs in the microwave
2 cheese sticks
4 oz herbal tea
cup of cucumbers
banana or cup of blueberries
energy bar
plain yogurt with nuts and seeds
3 mini peppers with cream cheese
tonight's dinner with branzino with asparagus, green salad and a little brown rice. mini candy bar after

Today I feel like I ate a lot but I’m going to bed hungry. I’m really trying to watch myself so I won’t give in and eat now but this is hard.

Lunch: a big tuna salad with lots of veggies
Snack: a granola bar
Dinner: a bowl of veggie soup, a slice of honey mustard salmon and a baked sweet potato
Snack: about a 1/3 a box of mike and Ike’s 🙈
