I have a 14' long Dining Room (about 12' wide). Can I go with a 9' table and a 60" chandelier?
The chandelier size is my main question.
My 14' DR is in one straight line with my 15' LR.
Can I go with a 9' table with 8 or 10 chairs, and a 60" linear "icicle looking" chandelier (that I like and 60" is the smallest size it comes in), or will a 60" chandelier be ridiculous looking for this space?
"Chandeliers for rectangular tables are categorized under linear chandeliers. Ideal linear chandelier length is ⅓ minimum to ⅔ maximum the length of your table. "

Another question, will I find a wider table where I can have 2 chairs at each head, or is that custom and Id pay way more?

Is there a wide opening to your living room?
If it’s narrow, I think it’s too tight. If it’s a wide opening, then it’s fine.
No opinion about the length of the chandelier
