I'd love to buy a single fam home in Monsey, NY and its surrounding areas. quiet, residential, and with a back & front yard. Are my expectations unrealistic for 600k? But on the other hand, it can be very outta section don't care (although I do need a shul within 12 min walk and some neighbors in the area....
what do u think?

How many bedrooms? Square feet of house and property?

think 2.5k sqft is enough. property shud be abt 5k

I am looking for the exact same thing but willing to pay upto 900k.
And guess what I'm on the search for 4 mons now and anything that met those requirements were closer to million range.
You have to either lower your expectations like go further out 20 mins walk to shul, no neighbors or condo...
