How do I know which type of feta cheese to use?

It shouldn't be hard to find, every grocery in BP has it.
The sheep's feta is way more authentic tasting and the only one I buy.

It has been hard to find lately. We substitute with cow's as needed but we look for sheep's each time and buy extra when it's available since it's the real deal delicious.
The one in my fridge now is cow's too 😬

If I can’t find the sheep feta cheese in Goldbergs then that company cows feta is next best?

Yes.
I've tried so many other companies. The ones I've tried are gross.
Even the cow's feta from Tnuva is better than the other brands.
That's all we've had the last few months. No Tnuva sheep's feta around (we haven't been to Costco lately, so don't know if they currently have it).

This is hands down the best feta cheese out there. I get it at costco.
All others pale in comparison.

If you don't open the pkg it can stay until the expiration date often in 2 months.
