Amazon - the items that ship to Israel for free are limited and change often.
The order must be between $49-75.
The packages usually come to your door depending on where you live and take anywhere between 2-6 weeks to arrive.
Anything over $75 you will pay meches on. Generally not worth it.

Bring 6 months worth of toiletries and makeup and OTC drugs that you use.
It's easier to have stuff you are used to, especially if you have teens. (deodorant, face wash, etc)
They will eventually get used to what's here.

Neosporin is by Rx only here so I always stock up in America.
It takes time to find doctors to be able to get the prescriptions you need. Once you have your doctors it's VERY easy to communicate with them via the kupat cholim app and get prescriptions.

Make up - a lot of women take a long time to switch over from what they are used to, plus the good stuff is more expensive.
