Do you have a good recipe for balsamic dressing for Greek salad?

A classic greek salad is dressed with olive oil, oregano and lemon juice. I suppose a balsamic dressing could be tasty but not so authentic.

Oh ok I hear. But the places I’ve had Greek salad dressed it with balsamic dressing so that’s the taste I’m looking to get.

Nope not sure. But the cafe calls it balsamic 🤷♀️
