We're going to be moving from NY to NJ but close enough to NY that we will be working in ny ans we would still want to continue seeing some specialists in NY. Are there any essential plan level health insurance that covers ny doctors?

If you are getting insurance through the marketplace, then no. Only NJ doctors will be covered
