Dd has redness and pealing around her mouth. I tried some natural remedies like honey, aloe Vera but nothing helped so far. What can I do to help her? It looks really bad

My skin was red and peeling (although I don't think it was rosacea). Ponds dry skin cream has helped me immensely.

I would recommend going to a board-certified dermatologist for a consultation. I know there are different treatments available that can make a big difference.

Red and peeling around the mouth doesn't sound like rosacea
It sounds possibly like strep. Or maybe b vitamin or zinc deficiency. Does she like her lips a lot?

What you’re describing doesn’t sound like rosacea
But my Rosacia cleared up immediately when I saw a dermatologist and followed her recommendations of 2 topical creams and a cleanser

That definitely does not sound like rosacea. Some possibilities based on your description are eczema/atopic dermatitis, lip-lickers dermatitis, perioral dermatitis or seborrheic dermatitis. If possible, you would want to see a dermatologist to get an accurate diagnosis which will help guide treatment. In the meantime, a good moisturizer should give some relief. Some of my favorites: vanicream, La Roche posay double repair, La Roche posay cicaplast balm
