Pesach in Arizona Questions

Do we have any posters who live there?

We will be staying at a home in Scottsdale IyH that is owned by a family member but he rents it as an Airbnb so doesn’t have local frum info.
We have been there many times during the Fall and Winter but never for YT.

1) I will be coming with an extended family IyH including 12 little ones underfoot Wink

I definitely need cleaning help. What’s the best way to get that in the area? I’ll be there from 10 days before IyH and would love to hire someone who can help me with kitchen prep and cleaning.

2) I’ve shopped in Scottsdale and Phoenix and find it super well stocked Kosher wise year round. But I wonder about Pesach stuff…
I’ll be bringing my own meat/chicken with me as we are makpid on certain Shechitas but we use v limited ingredients and I need them in abundance like potato starch and vegetable oil…how is the area on stuff like that?

3) We absolutely love the Shul and the community and have done a lot of touring but I’m curious if there is anything Pesach or Spring specific that I should know as all our previous visits were Sept-Dec…
